Another unique one-man construction project

Seems there’s more idiosycratic loons with an architecture fantasy than we thought. Take a look at the ‘Bishop Castle’ of Colorado in the United States:


Started in June 1969, it’s the sole work of one Jim Bishop, who wanted to see ‘how much one man could build in a single lifetime’. Looks like quite a bit, and he’s still at it. Makes most people’s rockeries and water features look a little tame, doesn’t it?
