		<description>Something closer to the classic Athenian model with universal enfranchisement for everyone over the age of fourteen would be a good start; localised, granular, networked, potentially global. I also have a lot of trust in emergent systems, though, so I&#039;m very receptive to mutualist anarchism - let the systems create themselves as they are required, and dismantle themselves when they&#039;re done. :)</description>

		<description>What alternative do you prefer to parliamentary democracy?  Some sort of direct democracy, facilitated by the internet?  I could go for that.

If we just had some amount of proportional representation it would be a huge step in the right direction.</description>
