Lo-fi foam case-mod

Posted by Paul Raven @ 29-03-2006 in Technology

For those who are sick of the over-bling case-mods we feature here at VCTB, here is something a little less flash, but just as weird.

PU Foam case mod

What you have there is a computer encased not in metal or plexi or anything like that. No, it’s cased in spray-on PU foam. The guys who made it were bored of the tramline mods, and thought they’d do something a little more practical and a lot more left-field Looking at the stats, it’s quite an old project, but what the hey, if it’s a mod, I’ll post about it. Thanks to Crusty Paul at Circuitbenders for the tip-off.
