That Hubble thing has its uses…
…even for us non-astronomers!
This is a scaled-down version of the most detailed picture of a pin-wheel galaxy ever produced, composed of 51 separate images from the Hubble Space Telescope. Apparently it’s providing all sorts of useful data to scientists and other big-brained types.
But for me, it just provides a new desktop wallpaper every now and again. Yeah, I know, I’m a hippy. Deal with it.
