Fast-running processors get real hot, real fast. Conventional out-of-the-box fan cooling ends up being loud as hell, and rarely copes with severe overclocking. The future is liquid - water-cooling is an increasingly popular way of keeping your processor from roasting itself during a heavy gaming session. But it’s a daunting step for a beginner to take, so Alphacool have released a ‘Starter Kit’ for people who want to try it out and have ?105 to spare.
